This elegant seafood entrée is protein-packed and low carb. Almond crusted salmon cakes are flaked with ginger, scallions, and gluten-free breadcrumbs and crown a bed of black lentils. We braise our lentils in aromatic, French vadouvan curry with tomatoes and cauliflower florets. Served with refreshing green apple raita and finished with scallion rounds.
Note - Remove lid and heat in our packaging until dish has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees or desired temperature.
Oven (recommended) - Heat dinner at 400 degrees for 10-14 minutes.
