This earthy vegan delight makes us think of foraging for wild mushrooms in the Rockies. We char our mushrooms until they’re perfect and fragrant, add a healthy portion of tofu, and then ladle on our savory miso broth over Yakisoba noodles. Satisfying and wholesome.
Note -Remove lid and heat in our packaging until dish has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees or desired temperature.
Oven (recommended) - Heat dinner at 400 degrees for 10-14 minutes. Optional: For better moisture retention, cover tray with aluminum foil and add an extra 10-14 minutes to reheat time.
Microwave (varies by microwave) - Heat dinner for 2-3 minutes.
