Our friends at Seattle Fish Company supply us with luscious Atlantic salmon, and we pan sear it with five spice seasoning. We serve the salmon on sweet, sticky rice topped with veggie noodles full of delicious garlic, red onions, carrot, and yellow squash. A sprinkle of sesame seeds, fresh cilantro, and scallions add depth and freshness to this delicious and healthy entrée.
Note - Remove lid and heat in our packaging until dish has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees or desired temperature.
Oven (recommended) - Heat dinner at 400 degrees for 10-14 minutes. Optional: For better moisture retention, cover tray with aluminum foil and add an extra 10-14 minutes to reheat time.
Microwave (varies by microwave) - Heat dinner for 2-3 minutes.
