Ginger-garlic marinade & pineapple lend a tropical flavor to this juicy Teres Major. We lightly char the steak on an open grill until tender and glaze it with a delicious Hawaiian-inspired sauce spiked with mirin and flambéed pineapple for some island flair. Served over creamy coconut basmati rice and served alongside seasoned asparagus.
