Slow and low… that’s the secret to this family feast for 3-4. Boston pork butt is braised for hours in citrus and cumin until it’s tender and delicious. We simmer our black beans with bell peppers and onions until they’re perfect, and our white rice is kicked up with fresh cilantro and lime. Served with soft flour tortillas, pickled red onion, tomatillo salsa, and sour cream.
