This satisfying vegetarian entrée features four perfectly seared quinoa patties loaded with zucchini, creamy goat cheese, and scallions. Served over roasted zucchini, summer squash, sweet corn, and red peppers for our farmers' market succotash. We include roasted asparagus and scallion yogurt for your dipping delight.
Note - Remove lid and heat in our packaging until dish has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees or desired temperature.
Oven (recommended) - Heat dinner at 400 degrees for 10-14 minutes.
