Pure and simple Thai comfort food. Tender pork meatballs are cooked in a rich curry sauce made with the freshest spices and a touch of coconut milk, all resting atop a bed of toasted coconut rice. Seared snap peas, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms and water chestnuts are served on the side to add a bit of crunch and round out this meal for four.
Note - Remove lid and heat in our packaging until dish has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees or desired temperature.
